Talviony acts as a connector. Users are independent contractors/freelancers, not employees of Talviony. There is no employment contract, insurance, or paid leave implied unless explicitly stated in a specific contract with a hiring entity.
4. Payments
Payments are issued based on the specific schedule of the project (e.g., bi-weekly or upon task completion). Talviony is not responsible for payment delays caused by third-party payment processors (PayPal/Banks).
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community guidelines, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to deliver on agreed tasks.
